Each shaver is sold through Amazon.co.uk, therefore we go by their trusted returns policy. Returns are super simple and easy through Amazon who handle all our payments securely.

WHAT CAN YOU RETURN?

You can return just about any new and unopened items sold on Amazon.co.uk, if it is done so within 30 days you will even get a full re-fund.

To request to return an item you need to go to Amazons online return centre where you will be provided with simple instructions on how to return your item with ease.

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?

If you request a full refund on an unopened returned item this will take about 2 or 3 weeks and can be done in as little as 3 or 5 days after you have set the returns process in motion.

Even if you have opened the item you do still have options, you can sell the item for free on Amazon.co.uk setting your own price, you can even trade the item for Amazon gift cards.

REPLACEMENTS AND EXCHANGES

Amazon.co.uk do offer replacement and exchanges if you receive a damaged or defective item which does sometimes happen in transit, you will be sent a replacement of the same item.

There is also an option to return the item and exchange it for something completely different, just follow the simple instruction found at the online returns centre.
